- Interior and exterior residential painting experience; minimum 3 years
- Proficient with airless sprayer, back brushing, brush and roll application
- Caulking
- Taping off/hand masking
- Sanding
- Cleaning
- Eagerness to assist the lead
- Pressure washing
- Must be able to read a paint can and scope of work and follow the instructions

- Skills you will be taught as an apprentice: Brush and roll application
- Caulking
- Taping off/hand masking
- Sanding
- Cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Must be physically able to handle ladders and safely carry a five-gallon bucket of paint
